Newbury Town Council Civic Award It came as complete surprise to learn that Wyn Gould had nominated me for a Civic Award. I was presented with the Certificate on 24 March 2003 by Cllr Frances Berry, Mayor of Newbury at a ceremony held in the Council Chamber of Newbury Town Hall.. The Award was instigated in 1997 to recognised exceptional Voluntary Service to the Community of Newbury. |
